Don Lee Farms All-Natural Veggie Patties, scrambelled eggs, Monterey Jack cheese, and pico del gallo salsa wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
1 All-Natural Veggie Patty
1 12” flour tortilla
2 Eggs scrambled
2 oz. Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
4 oz. Pico de gallo salsa
Preheat flat top grill to 350º. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Warm flour tortilla and layer with 1 veggie patty, 2 oz. of Monterrey Jack cheese, 2 scrambled eggs, and 4 oz. of salsa. Place filling in center of tortilla. Fold both sides and then roll towards top of tortilla. Slice tortilla in diagonal and serve with your favorite breakfast side (fruit, hash browns, granola, or yogurt).
