Recipe:
1 All-Natural Veggie Patty
2 Slices of honey oat wheat bread
3 Slices of tomatoes
2 Pieces of red leaf lettuce
¼ Slices of avocado
1 Slice of pepper jack cheese
½ Cup of alfalfa sprouts
1 Slice of roasted red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing
Instructions:
Preheat flat top grill to 350ยบ. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Spread 1 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing on each side.Assemble sandwich with slices of red leaf lettuce, alphalpha sprouts, sliced tomatoes, and veggie patty. Top with 1 slice pepper jack cheese, roasted red pepper, and sliced avocado.
