1 All-Natural Veggie Patty
32 oz. of shredded iceberg lettuce
3 oz. of gorgonzola cheese crumbled
2 oz. of candied walnuts
Preheat flat top grill to 350º. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Fill salad bowl with shredded lettuce and top with candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and fresh sliced strawberries. Slice veggie patty into strips and place on top of salad. Serve with your favorite dressing (raspberry vinaigrette, sweet poppy seed, or citrus vinaigrette).
