1 All-Natural Veggie Patty
2 Slices of honey oat wheat bread
3 Slices of tomatoes
2 Pieces of red leaf lettuce
¼ Slices of avocado
1 Slice of pepper jack cheese
½ Cup of alfalfa sprouts
1 Slice of roasted red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing
Instructions:
Preheat flat top grill to 350º. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Spread 1 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing on each side.Assemble sandwich with slices of red leaf lettuce, alphalpha sprouts, sliced tomatoes, and veggie patty. Top with 1 slice pepper jack cheese, roasted red pepper, and sliced avocado.

32 oz. of shredded iceberg lettuce
4 Strawberries
3 oz. of gorgonzola cheese crumbled
2 oz. of candied walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat flat top grill to 350º. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Fill salad bowl with shredded lettuce and top with candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and fresh sliced strawberries. Slice veggie patty into strips and place on top of salad. Serve with your favorite dressing (raspberry vinaigrette, sweet poppy seed, or citrus vinaigrette).

1 All-Natural Veggie Patty
1 12” flour tortilla
2 Eggs scrambled
2 oz. Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
4 oz. Pico de gallo salsa
Instructions:
Preheat flat top grill to 350º. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Warm flour tortilla and layer with 1 veggie patty, 2 oz. of Monterrey Jack cheese, 2 scrambled eggs, and 4 oz. of salsa. Place filling in center of tortilla. Fold both sides and then roll towards top of tortilla. Slice tortilla in diagonal and serve with your favorite breakfast side (fruit, hash browns, granola, or yogurt).

1 12” Spinach flour tortilla
5 Pieces of romaine lettuce
2 oz. of chopped tomatoes
2 oz. of black beans
2 oz. of corn
1 oz. of Monterey Jack shredded cheese
4 Tbsp. of ranch dressing
Instructions:
Preheat flat top grill to 350º. Grill veggie patty on both sides until lightly crisp (about 5 minutes). Patty can be pre grilled and kept in fridge. Warm spinach tortilla and layer with romaine lettuce. Top with ranch dressing and 1 veggie patty. Top with cheese, tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Place filling in center of tortilla. Fold both sides and then roll towards top of tortilla. Slice tortilla in diagonal and serve with your favorite sides (fruit, onion rings, salad, or fries).
